Our Mission

Performance Pickleball, LLC is dedicated to providing a certified standard of excellence for community pickleball programs, operations and management. Implementing an established set of comprehensive state of the art services and programs. Our programs encourage learning and development through the sport of pickleball. Utilizing innovative and proven successful approaches to operations and management. Since 2014, we continue to foster collaborations, and are committed to nurturing an atmosphere of a safe, enjoyable and developmental learning environment for all.

Performance Pickleball LLC Owner: Diana Abruscato, IPTPA CPTP & CJPI, is a Southern California native.

A current pickleball competitor, and a former USTA Tennis Leagues and Tournament participant, pickleball is where she found her talent with an appreciation of the mental fortitude and physical strength needed to succeed in all areas of life. Since 2014, Performance Pickleball LLC and its Certified Instructors are here to get you playing, learning, developing and succeeding all while having fun in Health & Wellness!

As an International Certified Pickleball Teaching Professional (CPTP) through the International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association, she is Certified as a Level 1, Level 2, and Certified Specialty Junior Pickleball Instructor. She has been teaching pickleball and implementing pickleball programming since 2013, specialized in providing Certified Pickleball Instructors using State-Of-The Art Curriculums for developing players in a variety of formats.

Completing a B.A. Degree in Communications: Advertising and a B.A Degree in Sociology at California State University Fullerton, and a career background in Corporate Marketing, Events, Promotions, she has also received a CSUF Certificate in Professional Meeting Planning and Special Events. Diana began her career in corporate marketing for athletic footwear, apparel and accessories. During her spare time, she is a volunteer as a Pickleball Tournament Director and a volunteer as Founding President of a federally tax exempt pickleball non-profit.

As an established business owner and operator, incorporating special events, leagues, tournaments, camps and clinics weaves a comprehensive experience to fit a variety of players. Performance Pickleball LLC utilizes a teamwork developmental approach for the players, and facilitates logistics alike, as each progress through their pickleball journey.
